Taiwan Ship Unveils First Military-Grade Crewless Vessel for Sea Rescue and Countermeasures Against Drones

The Devilfish can be used for offshore wind power project guarding, sea rescue and harbor inspection, etc. In national defense, it can also carry out missions such as close-range air defense, drone countermeasures and suicide attacks.

From the battle structure to the construction, all of them are based on the experience of the Russian-Ukrainian War, in which the Ukrainian army was able to win by a small margin.

Huang Zhenghong, chairman of Taiwan Shipbuilding Corporation, pointed out that "Ukraine it uses unmanned ships to attack Russia's Black Sea fleet, its Admiral Makarov , can destroy it."

The hull is reserved for lightweight torpedoes, and the unique triple hull design is tailor-made for the Taiwan Strait environment.
